How to renew my domain?
Your domain name can be renewed at any time using your Wehostafrica Control Panel.
To renew your domain name, kindly do this:
Log into your wehostafrica client’s account. . (The log In option is available in the header of the page).
2. Click on Domains from the left sidebar and click on the one you wish to renew, click on renew domain button next to your domain:- Find the Status Validity section and click on the Add Years button for your domain:
- Click on the number of years you wish to renew your domain for and go ahead to checkout.
If your domain is expiring within the 30 days or less, the Add Years button will be changed to Renew:
NOTES THAT:
1) Once you renew your domain name before its expiration date, its number of years is automatically renewed and will be added to the actual expiration date, not to the renewal date (the date you submit the order).
2) If the domain has expired, and want to reactivate it, please refer back to this article for more information.
3) In case you wish to renew the SSL certificate along with domain; it can be done in this same order despite the fact that the expiration date may not coincide.
