What to do with an unwanted domain?
According to our Domain Registration Agreement, all the domain registrations/renewals are final, cannot be cancelled and are not refundable. Also, there is no technical possibility to change or edit domain names after registration.
If you happen to have a domain name that you no longer wish to use, please choose one of the following options:
1) Register your new domain via our Domain Name Search and forward along your unwanted one.
2) Try selling your unwanted domain name in our wehostafrica marketplace.
3) Move your domain name ownership to another wehostafrica by selecting "Change Ownership".
4) Ensure that your auto-renewal option is NOT ON and allow the domain name to expire.
